Today we’re continuing with our study that’s called God’s Authority In The Believer Series. This is Lesson Six and our lesson called “Authority In Declaring Victory.” we are in a spiritual battle. As believers, we are in a spiritual battle—not against people, but against spiritual forces of evil. Believers Have Authority in Christ through Jesus, because we already have victory. Jesus gives us authority over the enemy. God shows us how to stand firm by staying rooted in His Word, to trust Him (faith) and live in obedience. Our words matter, and are called to agree with what God has already said. We see that Matthew 6:10 is both a prayer and a declaration. We declare what is right (God’s will) and we reject what is wrong (against God’s will). Jesus teaches us to speak with faith and believe. There are two key steps submit to God and resist the devil.
When believers agree in prayer, God moves. Agreement means unity in heart and faith
like instruments playing in harmony. As Christians we’re called to share the gospel, help others come out of darkness, and to live in the authority Jesus gave us. We don’t live in fear—we live in victory. Know who you are in Christ, stay close to God, and stand firm in faith.
